We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Online Customer Service and Sales Representative

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

Attend the store or office on designated physical workdays.
Escalate fulfilment, payment or delivery issues promptly.
Follow up with prospects who have not completed purchases.
Manage customer conversations across WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok and the website.
Respond promptly and professionally to online customer enquiries.
Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
Provide product information, sizing guidance and order support.
Work with the Online Sales Manager to meet digital sales targets.
Manage complaints, exchanges and customer-service concerns.
Convert enquiries into completed orders.
